Cette belle villa est idéalement située près du quartier Exotica, à 2 km de Nerja. Son cadre rural et son environnement tranquille sont rehaussés par de superbes vues sur la campagne. Les propriétaires ont veillé à ce que toutes les pièces soient confortables et attrayantes avec un bar/cuisine séparé de style américain moderne de tout confort et avec un grand salon / salle à manger.
Cette villa bénéficie d'un emplacement semi-rural à 2 km de Nerja, ce qui lui donne l'avantage de vues extraordinaires sur la campagne et d'un cadre paisible, très prometteur pour des vacances sans préoccupations. à quelques minutes de marche, il y a une panificadora (boulangerie), et un supermarché Lidl se trouve à seulement 800 m. Entourée de murs blanchis à la chaux et de pelouse qui ajoutent un aura de discrétion, la villa est accédée en passant par le stationnement pour deux voitures et un sentier qui mène à la piscine à travers les jardins, visible de l'avant. La piscine privée (7x4 m) est légèrement surélevée et entourée dâune grande pelouse, l'endroit idéal pour le jeu des enfants. Une jolie terrasse couverte voûtée longe tout l'avant de la maison. Un barbecue intégré sera très pratique si jamais vous avez la fantaisie de cuisiner pour vous-mêmes. Les bains de soleil sont aussi possibles sur la grande terrasse sur le toit avec vue imprenable sur la campagne qui vous fera sentir vraiment privilégiés. Tout compris, une villa de grande qualité parfaitement située pour une détente paisible tout en profitant des attractions voisines de Nerja.
L'intérieur allie le charme d'antan avec le confort moderne. Réparties sur un étage, toutes les pièces sont décorées dans un style rustique et traditionnel. Le confortable salon / salle à manger sans cloisons a un plancher de carreaux en damier et une cheminée en briques avec la télévision par satellite (chaînes anglaises limitées) et un lecteur DVD pour agrémenter vos soirées. La cuisine est séparée du salon par un bar américain et est équipée de tous les appareils modernes : plaque de cuisson au gaz 4 foyers, réfrigérateur/congélateur, four électrique, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et une variété d'ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a 3 chambres très bien aménagées (une à 1 lit 2 personnes et deux à 2 lits 1 personne). La grande chambre dispose d'une salle de douche avec lavabo et WC. Les autres chambres partagent une salle de bain complète avec lavabo, bidet et WC. Une connexion internet WiFi est fournie gratuitement.
Equipée de la climatisation dans toute la maison; elle est optionnelle et elle n'est pas comprise (50 ⬠par semaine).

Donât be put off by the 200 m dirt track leading up to the villa. Once you are in the villa, it is a really nice place fully enclosed so the kids are safe. The only thing to watch are the tiles directly outside the door; they are really slippery with wet feet. From the roof terrace you have views to the mountains. In the garden there are lemons, oranges, pomegranates and tangerines growing. To sum up, we had a great time here and itâs only a 5 min. drive to Nerja and you can walk to a Lidl supermarket just down the road.

Sparkling !
This Villa had everything including the main British TV channels, not that we watched much TV ! Everything worked perfectly which is not always the case with some other villa companies I have used. Most importantly, everything was spotlessly clean. It is very reassuring that when you reach for your first glass it is sparkling clean. The owner keeps the garden well tended with lemon trees and even bananas...vodka limon anyone ? The pool was perfect with plenty of comfortable outside seating. Hot water is on demand and showers work perfectly. Fully equipped kitchen. Lidl supermarket good for cheap groceries and have pretty much anything you will need. I found a walk to the Rio Chiller 10 mins from the villa. Here you can follow the river inland through some really beautiful scenery. It is wonderfully cool in the shaded valley with plenty of flora & fauna to enjoy ! That might just be for me though...my wife and daughter preferred to stay at the villa !

Perfect Family Location
We stayed for 14 nights and can't wait to come back! the villa is just wonderful; beautiful pool for relaxing and all really well fitted out - especially the huge BBQ for outdoor dining. 5 minutes drive to the Balcon de Europa, and very close to several supermarkets for supplies. As previous reviewers have said, don't be put off by the track leading up the villa - just open the gate and relax. Our girls of 12 and 9 had a whale of a time jumping in and out of a lovely warm pool - We'll definitely be back. Really good communication from Ralph and the team at Casitas Select too - really efficient, thank you!

Fantastic Villa
I would highly recommend this villa, we have just had a wonderful 2 weeks here, and will definitely return. The rooms are a good size, the kitchen well equipped and the bathrooms, especially the ensuite, are great. The pool is lovely, not too cold and a good size, the only thing to note is that the shallow end is not that shallow, our 9 year old couldn't touch the floor. Everything was spotlessly clean. You get to the property via a dirt track but it really is worth it, the area is quiet and the view of the mountains and the sea from the roof top terrace are fantastic. Nerja is a short drive away. The lady who came to see us on our first day and changed the sheets and towels after the first week was lovely and very helpful. Although her English (and our Spanish!) was limited we still managed to understand each other! The booking agent was very helpful and sorted out a query over payment very quickly with no problems. Great villa and owners
Lovely homely villa with fruit trees in the garden and lovely pool. Grassed garden area ideal for sunbathing. Separate BBQ area with covered outdoor kitchen area. Owners family came to sort out the Wi-Fi and the TV stations for us and were very friendly. Villa is gated which makes you feel secure also there is a free safe which is very handy. Only one concern was the barking dogs in the surrounding area. But this would not stop us visiting again.

Top vakantie
Fantastisch huis, alles is schoon. Fijn een eigen zwembad, alles goed aan te rijden met de auto. Misschien klein verbeter puntje er ligt geen beschrijving van vaatwasser en wasmachine. Doordat er maar 1 kleine en 1 grote handdoek pp aanwezig is heb je de wasmachine wel degelijk nodig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Degelijke woning met alles er op en er aan
Wij huren regelmatig bij Casitas Select, een organisatie waar we zeer tevreden over zijn altijd behulpzaam en een goede service. Ook niet onbelangrijk het Nederlandse aanspreekpunt Ralph .

Hartelijk dank voor uw positive review, goed om te horen dat u tevreden bent. De eigenaresse gaat even checken waar de instructies van de vaatwasser gebleven zijn want die lagen altijd in een keukenlade. Van de wasmachine zijn die verdwenen en gaat mijn kijken of er een copie voorhanden is.
