Esta hermosa villa está muy bien situada cerca del barrio de la Exótica, a 2 km de Nerja. Disfruta de un entorno rural y alrededores tranquilos reforzados, además, por espléndidas vistas al campo. En el interior, los propietarios se han asegurado de que todas las estancias sean cómodas y atractivas, con un cocina independiente con una barra americana, y un gran salón/comedor.
Esta villa disfruta de una ubicación semi-rural a 2 km de Nerja, lo que le confiere la ventaja de tener espectaculares vistas sobre el campo y un entorno tranquilo, muy prometedor para unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones. A poca distancia hay una panificadora y un supermercado Lidl está a sólo 800 m. Rodeada de paredes encaladas y de césped que le confiere un ambiente de privacidad, a la casa se accede pasando por la zona de estacionamiento para dos coches y un camino que conduce a la piscina a través de los jardines, situados en el frente. La piscina privada (7x4 m) está levemente elevada y rodeada por una amplia zona de césped, el sitio ideal para que jueguen los niños, junto con una terraza de arcos cubierta a lo largo de todo el frente de la casa. Una barbacoa de obra le será muy útil las veces que desee cocinar para usted mismo. Tomar el sol también es posible bajo la gran terraza cubierta con impresionantes vistas al campo que le harán sentirse realmente privilegiado. En resumen, una villa de buena calidad perfectamente situada para descansar en paz y tranquilidad, al tiempo que disfruta de las atracciones de la cercana Nerja.
El interior combina el encanto de lo antiguo con las comodidades modernas. Repartidas en una sola planta, todas las habitaciones están decoradas en un estilo rústico y tradicional. La amplia zona abierta del salón/comedor tiene un suelo de baldosas de tablero de ajedrez, una chimenea de ladrillo con televisión vÃa satélite (canales en inglés limitados) y reproductor de DVD para amenizar las veladas nocturnas. La cocina está separada del salón por una barra americana y está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos modernos: cocina de gas con 4 fuegos, frigorÃfico/congelador, horno eléctrico, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora y una variedad de utensilios de cocina. Hay 3 dormitorios bien equipados (1 con cama de matrimonio y 2 con dos camas individuales respectivamente). El dormitorio principal tiene su propio cuarto de baño con lavabo y WC. Los otros dormitorios comparten un baño completo con lavabo, bidé y WC. Dispone de conexión a Internet WiFi gratuita.

Donât be put off by the 200 m dirt track leading up to the villa. Once you are in the villa, it is a really nice place fully enclosed so the kids are safe. The only thing to watch are the tiles directly outside the door; they are really slippery with wet feet. From the roof terrace you have views to the mountains. In the garden there are lemons, oranges, pomegranates and tangerines growing. To sum up, we had a great time here and itâs only a 5 min. drive to Nerja and you can walk to a Lidl supermarket just down the road.

Sparkling !
This Villa had everything including the main British TV channels, not that we watched much TV ! Everything worked perfectly which is not always the case with some other villa companies I have used. Most importantly, everything was spotlessly clean. It is very reassuring that when you reach for your first glass it is sparkling clean. The owner keeps the garden well tended with lemon trees and even bananas...vodka limon anyone ? The pool was perfect with plenty of comfortable outside seating. Hot water is on demand and showers work perfectly. Fully equipped kitchen. Lidl supermarket good for cheap groceries and have pretty much anything you will need. I found a walk to the Rio Chiller 10 mins from the villa. Here you can follow the river inland through some really beautiful scenery. It is wonderfully cool in the shaded valley with plenty of flora & fauna to enjoy ! That might just be for me though...my wife and daughter preferred to stay at the villa !

Perfect Family Location
We stayed for 14 nights and can't wait to come back! the villa is just wonderful; beautiful pool for relaxing and all really well fitted out - especially the huge BBQ for outdoor dining. 5 minutes drive to the Balcon de Europa, and very close to several supermarkets for supplies. As previous reviewers have said, don't be put off by the track leading up the villa - just open the gate and relax. Our girls of 12 and 9 had a whale of a time jumping in and out of a lovely warm pool - We'll definitely be back. Really good communication from Ralph and the team at Casitas Select too - really efficient, thank you!

Fantastic Villa
I would highly recommend this villa, we have just had a wonderful 2 weeks here, and will definitely return. The rooms are a good size, the kitchen well equipped and the bathrooms, especially the ensuite, are great. The pool is lovely, not too cold and a good size, the only thing to note is that the shallow end is not that shallow, our 9 year old couldn't touch the floor. Everything was spotlessly clean. You get to the property via a dirt track but it really is worth it, the area is quiet and the view of the mountains and the sea from the roof top terrace are fantastic. Nerja is a short drive away. The lady who came to see us on our first day and changed the sheets and towels after the first week was lovely and very helpful. Although her English (and our Spanish!) was limited we still managed to understand each other! The booking agent was very helpful and sorted out a query over payment very quickly with no problems. Great villa and owners
Lovely homely villa with fruit trees in the garden and lovely pool. Grassed garden area ideal for sunbathing. Separate BBQ area with covered outdoor kitchen area. Owners family came to sort out the Wi-Fi and the TV stations for us and were very friendly. Villa is gated which makes you feel secure also there is a free safe which is very handy. Only one concern was the barking dogs in the surrounding area. But this would not stop us visiting again.

Top vakantie
Fantastisch huis, alles is schoon. Fijn een eigen zwembad, alles goed aan te rijden met de auto. Misschien klein verbeter puntje er ligt geen beschrijving van vaatwasser en wasmachine. Doordat er maar 1 kleine en 1 grote handdoek pp aanwezig is heb je de wasmachine wel degelijk nodig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Degelijke woning met alles er op en er aan
Wij huren regelmatig bij Casitas Select, een organisatie waar we zeer tevreden over zijn altijd behulpzaam en een goede service. Ook niet onbelangrijk het Nederlandse aanspreekpunt Ralph .

Hartelijk dank voor uw positive review, goed om te horen dat u tevreden bent. De eigenaresse gaat even checken waar de instructies van de vaatwasser gebleven zijn want die lagen altijd in een keukenlade. Van de wasmachine zijn die verdwenen en gaat mijn kijken of er een copie voorhanden is.
