No rental car needed at this villa: it's only 2 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and tapas bars and the beaches such as playa Carabeillo and playa Carabeo beach. Still, the villa does have its own private parking. Inside, luxury qualities offer you a comfortable stay.
Imagine: step out the door, turn left, walk 80 metres and... lay down on the beach! Alternatively, you may also sit down at a terrace for a cold sangria! It all possible: this wonderful villa is located in calle Carabeo, in the very heart of Nerja. You will have your own private pool with sun terrace while enjoying magnificent views out to the Carabeillo beach and Mediterranean.In case you prefer to visit the highlights of Andalucia without driving then you can book a guided excursion or take public transport from the bus station at (800m). The villa is provided with a spacious terrace with sun loungers and a private pool (7m x 3.7m) A large sun screen covers the dining area making it a perfect spot to enjoy a lunch in the shade, a gas-barbecue and patio furniture are provided.For families with children it will be good to know that the private pool is fully fenced and that there is also second pool available for shared use (visible on one of the pictures) where the kids can make new friends. On the first floor you will find another sun terrace with the same splendid sea views, accessible from both double bedrooms.Notes:* The City Council of Nerja has the intention to cut Carabeo Street with a poller in the near future. At this moment we do not know if the street, and thus the parking, will be accessible for the guests, since there is a lack of information on the part of the City Council. The community of property owners is claiming that access will be granted but it is soon to know if this will be solved in a positive way. In case access to the parking of the villa finally would not be possible, then we nor the property owner can not be held responsible. Should this happen, then you can park your car at "Parking Carabeo", a very large parking lot just behind Calle Carabeo, at 3 minutes walk. There is a special price for 7 days of 55 EUR (current rate at the present time 20 March 19). * In the second week of October, lasting from 4 to 5 days, you will be able to attend the Feria de Nerja (Nerja fair). For the duration of the fair, the fairgrounds in the centre of Nerja are covered in rows of casetas (individual decorated marquee tents which are temporarily built on the fairground). During the fair, you will find people (many ladies and some men in traditional flamenco outfit arriving on horse) partying and dancing "Sevillanas", drinking Jerez sherry, or manzanilla wine, and eating tapas. So, this is an attractive event, but it also has to consequences that may not be so attractive: The private parking next to the villa will not be available from a few days days before and during the fair because the calle Carabeo will not be accessible. If you bring a car, you can try to find a spot in the surroundings or we can offer you a free parking at Marina Turquesa apartments (at 1,5 km from the villa). You may suffer nuisance from the noise of fair (music etc). We estimate this will not affect you very much as the villa is at a prudent distance from the area, but we are not able to guarantee anything.
The villa is built on two floors and comfortably furnished with good taste and marble floors. On the ground floor is a luminous double living room with large size flat-screen TV with DVD and satellite reception. From the living you have sea views and direct access to the sun terrace. The living is connected with a dining-corner and a walk-in kitchen. Fully furnished with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is placed in a utility room. On the ground floor you will find also find a toilet.On the first floor are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both with sea views and direct access to the first floor terrace. The third bedroom is a triple, with 3 single beds. The villa is provided with two shower rooms with WC and wash.The villa is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi internet connection.

On holdSun, sea, good food and fantastic views
We were a three generation family staying in this lovely and beautifully appointed villa with fantastic views. We all enjoyed our holiday, so much so that we all intend a return visit. The beach and town are a short walk away and apart from hearing the sea, we heard little of our neighbours and virtually nothing of the town. There is a general store nearby, so for the most part there was no need to use the car, apart from visiting the Cuevas de Nerja which are well worth seeing and the Picasso museum which we found a little overrated.
