With all the facilities of Nerja at a 5 minute drive, this is a very convenient villa. If you're looking for quietness, you will find it here. If you're looking for a dip in the ocean, it's nearby. The outside area includes a private-pool of 8x5 m surrounded by a garden with lawn. On a bit higher level there is a spacious sun-terrace with patio furniture and barbecue for alfresco dining. From both areas you will enjoy impressive sea- and mountain-views. Parking is available. From here you can easily explore the beauty of Andalusia. Traditional village like Competa, famous for its honey and sweet wine is worth a visit. Cities like Malaga and Granada are just a stone's throw away and can be reached in about an hour.
Inside it's comfortable and well cared for with all the rooms on one floor. The living/dining room has air conditioning, an open fireplace, and satellite-TV. The open-plan kitchen is provided with a vitro hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room, basin, and WC. The second bedroom is a twin and the third bedroom a single, sharing a shower room with a basin and WC.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Très propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et son accès sécurisé. Un tout petit bémol sur l'accès un peu tortueux a la maison, mais qui permet de passer un séjour au calme, avec une vue magnifique. Un grand merci à Casitas Select et aux propriétaires pour leur aide et disponibilité.

Het huis is bijzonder gelegen en zowel binnen als buiten comfortabel ingericht. Zeer schoon ook.
Wij hebben een heerlijk week gehad in dit fijne huis. De ligging is geweldig. Het huis is comfortabel en het zwembad heerlijk. Vanuit het huis kun je direct mooi wandelen. De weg naar het huis is niet eenvoudig. Maar als je het eenmaal gevonden hebt is de volgende keer geen probleem meer. Een aanrader.

Zeer comfortabel, prachtig uitzicht
Echt een heel fijn huis met prachtig zwembad. Uitzicht is heel mooi. De weg er naar toe is in eerste instantie niet makkelijk. Als je eenmaal de weg kent, rijd je heel vlot naar Nerja en het strand. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, goede bedden en fijne badkamers.

Es war wieder mal sehr schön in Andalusien...
Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit sind gut und der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war am ersten Tag etwas Abenteuerlich doch man hat sich sehr schnell daran gewöhnt. Die Lage vom Haus ist ruhig aber nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man tolle Ausflüge unternehmen. Es war wieder mal ein toller Urlaub. Alles hat prima geklappt und die Leute waren sehr nett. Vielen Dank!
