This well appointed villa is just a 5 minute drive from the town centre of Nerja, Burriana beach, and local facilities. In front of the house is a spacious and shaded terrace with views to the sea, the ideal spot for your barbecue meals. The attractive L-shaped pool (7,5 x 7,5 x 5 m) is nearby. Sun loungers and a pool shower are provided. The villa also features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue. The whitewashed village of Frigiliana (4 km) can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The villa is also well located for an easy drive to Granada (98 km) or Malaga (54 km).
With all rooms on one floor, this is a comfortable holiday villa. The living/dining room is very spacious and decorated in a warm style with an open fireplace. Satellite-TV and DVD player are available. The American-style kitchen is provided with a 4 ringed gas hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. The 3 bedrooms consist of 2 doubles and 1 twin. Each bedroom has air conditioning. There is a shower room with WC and a full bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, bidet, and washbasin.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

This lovely villa is at a slight remove from the rest of Nerja, and finding ourselves following Antonio on a back road off the beaten track felt intimidating at first. But that feeling disappeared by the end of the first day, since Nerja is small and we increasingly appreciated being outside the development sprawl around the beach during our stay. The villa is well outfitted and has a small, second kitchen at the pool to allow for grilling, which also keeps visitors from having to run back into the house when cooking poolside. All is very clean and well kept, and the pool was a magnet for the young adults in our group. Antonio was quite helpful in making suggestions about Nerja and responsive to all our queries.

Perfect holiday!
Just back from 11 nights in Nerja. This was the perfect location for our holiday - five minutes from town. The house was lovely and contained everything you needed. It was spotlessly clean and with plenty of space surrounded by private garden. Owner Antonio was extremely helpful and welcoming. Excellent tranquil location.
