We tried to use superlatives to describe the views of this villa, but they didnât do it justice. So letâs just make a promise: this villa has the best views of all villas in our portfolio. The villa has several: a Jacuzzi Lounge Bar, air conditioning, private tennis court...
This lovely villa stands majestically on a hilltop, 3 km west of Nerja and offers breath-taking views of the coastline down to Nerja and north to the Sierra de Almijara mountain rangeâa haven of peace and relaxation. Step out of the lounge/dining room onto the shaded upper floor terrace for an alfresco dinner while enjoying views of Nerja by night. Walk down to the private swimming pool with a terrace and sun loungers. The private badminton court can also be used as a tennis court (but is slightly smaller than an official tennis court) and has a basketball hoop; a flight of steps running down through the garden lead to it. On all levels you will enjoy the same magnificent views. A basketball, badminton rackets and âshuttles are provided.The village of Nerja (3 km) is only a 5-minute drive away and offers a wide array of amenities, such as tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and an active nightlife. For those who enjoy a dip in the ocean, the nearest beach is just 800 m away where you can also enjoy beach bars and restaurants. Due to the steep climb, a car is a must. This is also a wonderful location from which to explore the exciting cities of Malaga, Granada, or Sevilla and their many art galleries and museums.
There are three floors, with street-access on the upper floor. The living/dining room is located on the upper floor. It has a modern design; its full length picture windows in the living areas provide impressive panoramic views of the coastline. There is a comfortable sitting corner with sofas, satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD, and a dining table for 8. The adjacent kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, a 4-ring vitro hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is 1 double bedroom next to the living room with en suite bathroom (this bathroom has two doors, one to enter from the bedroom and the other from the living room).On a lower lever, there are 2 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom (one with bath and one with shower), and 1 twin bedroom with a shower room, not en suite but literally one step away. On the lowest floor youâll find a Jacuzzi lounge bar, with a sitting corner, refrigerator/freezer and a dartboard, the favourite place of many of our guests. An extra charge of 125 EUR per week applies for using the Jacuzzi.The villa is provided with air conditioning.Note: A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).

Wij zijn de eerste week van mei in dit prachtige huis op vakantie geweest. Alle formaliteiten waren door Casitas Select goed geregeld. Het huis was zeer schoon, zeer ruime slaap- en badkamers, goede bedden. Uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en het terras werkelijk subliem. Zwembad was heerlijk fris en schoon. Keukenuitrusting mocht wat uitgebreider, maar voor een week prima te doen. Kortom, wij hebben hier een geweldige week gehad en we kunnen deze villa ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Superbe maison
Superbe maison dotée d'une vue splendide. Prestations haut de gamme avec la piscine, le jacuzzi et le terrain de tennis. Située dans une rue calme, la maison est tout équipée. Idéale pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille.

Merveilleuse villa
Vue imprenable de jour comme de nuit. Confort au top. Quelques petits désagréments de maintenance qui n'arrivent pas à gacher de superbes vacances. Nous reviendrons.
