A very comfortable villa with attractive gardens and a lovely barbecue area, offering sufficient privacy and tranquillity. Conveniently located, at only 2.2 km from Nerjaâs Burriana beach, this villa meets all desires for a perfect holiday.
The property is accessed by a private driveway leading down from the electronically operated gates. For your outside meals, there is a nice and shaded terrace adjacent to the villa; a barbecue is provided. Sun-lovers will enjoy the lawn that surrounds the tempting pool (8 x 4 m) with sun loungers. The views over the avocado plantation out to the countryside and the hills surrounding Nerja are absolutely lovely. The villa is only a five minute drive (3 km) from Nerja whilst the Burriana beach is even shorter (2.2 km). Historic Granada, with its spectacular Alhambra palace, the medieval AlbaicÃn district, shops, pretty squares, and palaces is well worth a visit and just a bit more than an hour drive. On foot, this area is a walkers' paradise; in local bookshops you can buy a little book, "Twelve walks around Nerja", by Elma and Denis Thompson. The pretty white villages of the Axarquia and the historic Nerja caves are only two of the numerous excursions to be enjoyed.
With excellent furnishings and all rooms on the ground floor, this is a very comfortable villa. From the terrace, the front door opens on the comfortably furnished lounge and dining room. The large stone fireplace in the lounge will enhance your stay during the cooler months. There is also satellite TV and a radio/CD-player. A "breakfast bar" separates the dining area from the kitchen well equipped with a 4 ringed vitro hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and two deluxe bathrooms. All rooms are provided with air conditioning/heating. A WiFi internet connection and a safebox are available (both free of charge).

Situé au calme à 3 km de la plage
Maison très agrable, bien équipée, tout fonctionne. Le jardin avec piscine donne sur une petite vallée ou il y a tj de l'air. Même notre chien a fortement apprécié les lieux. Voiture indipensable.

Mooi huis, mooie plek, alleen moeilijke toegangsweg naar het huisje
Een huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Door beheerder/eigenaar vriendelijk ontvangen. Er ontbrak niets in het huis. Erg veel privacy. Zwemwater nog wat koud in april. Het was nog niet voldoende opgewarmd door de zon. Genoeg ruimte voor 6 personen. Kan het huis aanbevelen bij andere. Ook de overdracht aan het eind van de week ging verder goed.

Eine Villa, die weiter zu empfehlen ist
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war super. Pool, Villa, Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr gut. Man sollte jedoch der Beschreibung der Villa hinzufügen, dass der Weg dorthin einen Geländewagen erforderlich macht.

Maison de vacances très agréable tout confort
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Nerja. La station balnéaire de Nerja est très agréable et la maison est très bien équipée.... elle est même mieux que ce que les photos laissent paraître. Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. On ne manque de rien, le jardin est parfaitement entretenu ainsi que la piscine.... seul petit bémol... l'accès à la maison sur environ 1 kilomètre par une route caillouteuse en pente.... mais cela est vite oublié lorsque l'on rentre dans la propriété qui a une vue magnifique. A refaire si nous revenons dans la région !

Empfehlenswert
Das Haus war in einem hervorragendem Zustand. Alles sauber und funktionstüchtig. Genügend Besteck, Teller und Gläser vorhanden. Support immer vorhanden aber haben wir nicht gebraucht. Keine Probleme und der Pool war hervorragend in Stand gehalten. Der einzige negetive Punkt ist die Zuwegung aber das hält vermultlich auch alles Gesindel ab.

Excellent séjour!
Confort, calme et tranquillité pourrait résumer le tout, mais c'est bien plus encore! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa où tout était juste parfait! Propriétaires à l'écoute mais très discrets, propriété sécurisée, propreté, entretien et services tout simplement nickels! Piscine, jardin et abords impeccablement entretenus. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour de rêve! Nous avons tous été enchantés et nous vous la recommandons vivement!

Vielen Dank für Ihre Beitrag auf unserer Website. Den Weg zum Haus hat nur eine kleine Strecke die nicht asfaltiert ist und wo mann, mit einem normalen Wagen, etwas vorsicht fahren sollte. Unserer Meinung nach ist einen Geländewagen deswegen nicht erforderlich.
