A villa with an excellent situation, in Nerjaâs prime residential area and looking out over Burriana beach and the Mediterranean. Outside youâll find a mature garden with lawn and a large private pool. The interior design of this villa is rather extravagant, with lots of colours. The villa is located in the residential Chimenea area and offers unbeatable views over Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean. The villa has an ideal and peaceful situation close to the centre of Nerja (2 kms) for an easy drive to the town. You can walk to the beach below (approx. 10 minutes, 750m downhill), where you will find a great variety of beach bars and restaurants. The south facing sun terrace is very private and has a tempting pool, a perfect setting to enjoy an alfresco meal. A piece of lawned area is also available for those who wish to enjoy a quiet siesta in the shade of a palm tree. This is also the perfect destination for a daytrip: visit the caves of Nerja with their prehistoric paintings, or the pretty village of Frigiliana. And if you miss city life, historic Granada is just a bit more than one hour drive away.
The accommodation is very spacious and luminous, with an extravagant, colourful decoration. The impressive living room has a high arched ceiling and is provided with an open fireplace, 42â television with satellite reception, hi-fi equipment, and a bar corner with a sitting area. The luxury kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and some additional gadgets like an espresso coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, you find the dining room with colourful chairs. The three double bedrooms are situated on the first floor, again decorated with a certain grade of extravagance. There are two full bathrooms, of which one is ensuite, and a lavatory. There is a washing machine in a utility room.Note: Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (free of charge).

Location stunning with the outside areas beautiful. Lovely big terrace, shady garden areas, good swimming pool (although this would not suit non-swimmers as it didn't have a shallow end) and fabulous sea views. Inside the villa was spacious with a high vaulted ceiling to the lounge, all the bedrooms were of good size opening onto the upper terrace.

Fantastic location and villa
Had a fantastic and thoroughly relaxing time at the villa. Second visit and still feels as good as the first time, the views are amazing, pool is great, you definitely have everything you need. Air conditioning has been newly installed, major plus point for us this year. Would recommend this villa and rental company to friends and family.
