With its private pool, an excellent barbecue area, views, and comfortable furnishings, the price of this villa is really unbeatable. The villa has a quiet location on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km) with the town centre and beaches just a ten minute drive away.
This is the ideal villa for outside living; you can cool off in your own private pool (6x3m ), enjoy a siesta at the shaded veranda, or use the barbecue for your alfresco dinners. It will seem that sunny days never come to an end! The villa has a peaceful situation in the countryside, but is well accessed. If you are able to tear yourself away from this relaxing spot, then visit the beautiful surrounding villages or experience the grandeur of Granada's splendid Alhambra Palace. For nights out, Nerja offers a fine selection of restaurants, tapa bars and opportunities to make a fiesta.
The accommodation is set on one level with comfortable furniture. The living room with the open-plan kitchen has a fireplace, dining table for 6, 2 sofas, and satellite-TV. The kitchen comes with a 4 rings gas hob, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. There are two twin bedrooms and one double sharing a full bathroom, with WC, over bath shower, bidet, and basin. Notes:- A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).- Air conditioning is available in 2 of the bedrooms (free of charge). The third bedroom is cooler since it doesn't catch the sun in the afternoon.

On holdLovely Villa, safe, quiet and relaxing.
We have been to the Nerja / Frigiliana area many times. The villa was comfortable enough for lazy pool days, or as an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The area pool is immaculate and very private. We stayed here between 1st and 15th July 2012. In our party were two adults and three children (13, 10 and 6). The Villa is a family run and Silvia the owner was extremely polite. The pool was tended to regularly and there was a linen change on Sundays. Temperatures during our stay were in the mid to high 30's and low 40's. There is no air conditioning in the Villa, however two fans are provided - an extra one would have been useful as at night one bedroom had no fan. We all had a lovely holiday, and would strongly recommend this villa.

Cette location à Nerja est vraiment bien, notamment pour une famille. Accès grandes routes facile, lieu agréable (entouré d'orangers et de bananiers), maison équipée simplement mais très bien, terrasse grande et piscine très agréable (sans vis à vis). Quant à l'accueil, les propriétaires se sont adaptés à nos heures d'arrivées et ont été discrets (et très gentils). Nous pensons y revenir. Pour ce qui est du site de réservation, il s'agit d'un service de qualité (encore jamais vu pour nous).

Saubere ruhig gelegenes Haus
Das Haus mit Hof und überdachter Sitzecke ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es ist geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Man genieÃt absolute Ruhe, ist aber in wenigen Autominuten am Strand und beim Supermarkt. Der Pool ist gut geeignet für Relax Tage. Der sehr nette Besitzer schaut öfters nach der Qualität des Wassers und Sauberkeit des Pools. Der Grill ist perfekt und wir haben ihn täglich benutzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben einen angenehmen relaxten Urlaub verbracht.

Très bonne maison
Je suis très satisfaite de cette maison de part sa situation géographique qui permet d'apprécier le calme ainsi que la beauté des montagnes tout en étant à proximité du centre ville. Puis l'état de la villa (grande piscine éclairée la nuit, barbecue...) nous a permis de pouvoir effectuer des soirées en famille inoubliable. Très satisfaite de la maison de ville qu'on nous a proposé, elle correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes... Un grand merci à tous.
