The town of Nerja and its famous Burriana beach are approximately a 10 minute drive by car (5 km). Tranquility reigns here, offering you a relaxed holiday. The outside area includes beautiful flowers and plants and a spacious sun terrace around the private pool (7m x 3.5m long and 1.90m â 1.10m deep) with sun loungers. You will also spend a lot of time at the lovely veranda, a very attractive place for your barbecue dinners. The view out to the countryside towards Nerja, the mountains, and the sea as an wonderful backdrop, is stupendous. A fenced outdoor parking is provided.
With all the rooms on one floor, you will agree this is a very friendly and charming retreat. The decoration, in natural colours, inspires a homey feeling. The living/dining room, comfortably furnished, has an open fireplace, a dining table for 6, 2 sofas, and satellite-TV. The open-plan kitchen comes with a 4 ringed gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a pantry. A washing machine is in a utility area. The bedrooms are well cared for, accommodate up to 4 persons (one double, one twin), and share a complete bathroom. Heerlijke week gehad in deze villa. Mooi uitzicht, vlakbij Nerja en toch buiten. Huis, terras en zwembad waren prima. Veel privacy. Een groter bed is welkom en blaffende honden 's nachts was jammer, maar desondanks zouden we hier zeker wel weer terugkomen. Vlakbij start van de wandeltocht door Rio Chillar, aanrader!

Ein ruhiges, hübsches, nett eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus
Uns hat das gesamte Haus incl. Anlage und Pool sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung war gemütlich und zweckmäÃig. Es ist ein Grill vorhanden, der auch gut funktioniert. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns das französische Bett. Im 2. Schlaufraum stehen 2 normale Einzelbetten. Um nach Nerja zu kommen, muss man grundsätzlich mit dem Auto fahren, was wir aber vorher wussten. Es liegt direkt am Naturpark. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte sind von hier aus gut erreichbar. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder auswählen.

Fijn huis met heerlijk zwembad
We zijn vandaag terug gekomen uit Spanje. We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in dit huis in Nerja. Het is een fijn huisje en het zwembad is heerlijk. Maria en haar man onderhouden 't keurig! De weg naar het huisje vond ik in het begin erg spannend om te rijden. Na enkele dagen went het wel... We geven t huis daarom een 8. Als de weg er naar toe beter was geweest hadden we een tien gegeven! Dank voor de goede bemiddeling!

Estupendas vacaciones en familia.
Mi familia y yo nos alojamos en esta casa por una semana, y volverÃamos a hacerlo. La casa es muy bonita y acogedora, habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. En la cocina encontrarás todo el menaje necesario a tu disposición. El porche es perfecto para sentarse a comer, cenar, etc. E incluso para tomar el aire. La piscina es maravillosa. La casa está bastante apartada del centro de Nerja (10 minutos), pero en coche es perfectamente accesible y las vistas desde la casa lo compensan. Es un sitio muy tranquilo y silencioso donde pasar unas buenas vacaciones.
