Situated in a quiet residential area called "El Chaparrito", this villa offers a good opportunity for those who like to spend a day at the pool and another day enjoying the variety of the Andalusian highlights. The wine cellars and horse show of Jerez de la Frontera are not to be missed, whilst the antique city of Arcos de la Frontera (15 km) is the starting point for an excursion along the White Villages of Andalusia. Those who like to go for a dip in the ocean or traditional fish restaurants wonât be disappointed with the nearby city of El Puerto de Santa Maria or Cádiz, another landmark of this area. La Barca de la Florida (8km) is the nearest village where you will find a small supermarket and family-run shops and restaurants. Some of our clients just stay at home to enjoy the spacious gardens and the large pool (15x8 m) where the alfresco dinners with the barbecue are everyoneâs favourite. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided.
The rooms are divided over two floors and furnished in a classic, somewhat outdated style, nevertheless comfortable. On the ground floor of 280 m2, youâll find an open-plan living/dining room, fireplace, and TV, and an additional living room. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a 4 ringed gas hob, oven, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 3 twin bedrooms, and another bathroom. On the first floor youâll find an additional living room, 1 double bedroom, and 3 twin bedrooms (one of the bedrooms is a loft with a slanted ceiling, limiting the height, therefore only recommended for children). Electric heaters are available for the cooler days in off-season.
