This rustic property is located at a 5 minutes drive of the village Huétor Tajar and surrounded by fields of asparagus and olive groves, near where the rivers Genil and CacÃn come together. The Alhambra palace (Granada) is only a half hour away, while the distance to the famous Sierra Nevada ski resort is 79km (49 miles). In the front, the private vine covered terrace is an excellent place to take shelter from the midday sun, while the attractive private pool of 4 by 6 metres features a sun-terrace with amazing panoramic views of the country side. The pool is for shared use in case you reserve just the house.
Beautifully restored with traditional tiles and a rustic decoration, offering an open plan living / dining room with open fireplace, a dining table for 12 persons, a couch, tv and radio-casette. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. A twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor is accessible for wheelchairs. On the first floor a double bedroom and a twin, sharing a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located with the SUITE, an apartment with independent access. The suite is has a rustic decoration with a romantic double bedroom and a small kitchenette/dining room with sofa, dining table for 2, tv, hob with 2 rings, microwave and fridge/freezer.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Maison un peu isolée, construction traditionnelle, terrasse très agréable, coin piscine aussi. Tout est parfaitement adapté pour un fauteuil roulant électrique: chambre au RDC, SdB parfaite, extérieurs accessibles. Séjour rendu parfait grâce aux bons conseils et à l'aide inépuisable du propriétaire. Merci!

Lovely countryside villa
We really enjoyed our vacation at Caseria de Pozo. We had beautifull views to the olivegroves and asparagus fields around the house. We got a lot of help from the landlord - Juan, who did his best ind french as we don´t speak spanish. This place can be recommended for a relaxing vacation, and it is not far from Granada and Alhambra.
