You couldnât ask for a better location for a relaxing holiday than this detached cortijo. The farmhouse stands back from a quiet surfaced road which leads through the hills between Frigiliana and Torrox - hence its ideal situation. The house is comfortable and decorated in a traditional Andalucian style.
With tree-covered hills all around and a stunning view of the sea for good measure, this villa offers a lovely setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The town of Frigiliana (2.7 km) with numerous restaurants, bars and craft shops is easily accessed, yet the joy of living in a tranquil location with your own pool and a good restaurant (La Venta de Frigiliana) within easy walking distance is not sacrificed. The fascinating Cuevas de Nerja, just east of the town, are well worth a visit.A large covered terrace spans the length of the house and is the ideal spot to relax looking down at the enclosed pool below. A few steps lead down to the barbecue area with a basin where you may enjoy your alfresco dinners. Patio furniture is provided. A few more steps down lead to the oval pool (6x3 m and 1 â 1.75 m deep) which takes centre stage at the villa with great views from the terrace. There are sunbeds to stretch out on and parasols providing shade. The garden features beautiful rose bushes, scented flowers and olive trees.
Furnished in a typical Andalucian rustic style, the property is laid out practically with a cozy open-plan living room joined to the dining area and kitchen. The living space comes with a wood burning stove, a sofa for 2, an arm chair and satellite TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is very functional with a dining table for 4 persons, a vitro hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, small electric oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The washing machine is in a utility room. There are two rooms, a double and a twin, sharing a shower room with washbasin and WC.Notes:- A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).

Het huisje was dik in orde: netjes, net zoals beschreven in de brochure, en uiteraard : het weer was fantastisch! Als we toch een tip mogen geven betreffende het huis : de vakantiegangers op het hart drukken dat ze deur NIET mag kunnen dichtwaaien: want als deze dichwaait dan valt ze in het slot en kan je niks meer doenâ¦. gelukkig hebben we dat niet mee gemaakt.

Très jolie maison, cadre magnifique et propriétaire attentionnés
Nous avons passé un mois très agréable, très reposant, la maison est petite mais très joliment conçu, rien à redire et les propriétaires des personnes adorables dâune gentillesse incroyable, Juan Diego et Mari sont très à lâécoute de nos besoins et ils sont un point positif pour la maison, mais nâoublions pas lâagence : Casitas et surtout Maria qui est très efficace, gentille et très professionnelle. On espère revenir l'année prochaine.

Schönes Haus
Schönes Haus, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten leider sehr schlechtes Wetter, den Pool haben wir dennoch gern - wenn auch nur sehr kurz - genutzt. Herrlicher Blick nach Frigiliana, Nerja und das Mittelmeer.

Excellent
We were more than happy with the Villa, it was very clean, comfy, beautiful location, pool was lovely, enjoyed all our meals on the terrace whilst enjoying the fabulous views, we had one minor issue and the owner arrived within 5 minutes, he was a very friendly, polite gentleman and solved the issue immediately. This is our 5th villa holiday in Frigiliana, and Vina del Laero was the BEST! Will definitely return.
