Located in the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, this comfortable villa is a 5 minute drive away from the centre (2.5 km) and from wonderful white beaches. The outside area is well maintained and includes a garden with lawn. Inside you will feel directly at home with comfortable furniture and rustic style decoration.
The villa is located in a semi-rural area called Dehesa de la Villa, located somewhat north of the centre of Conil (2,5 km). It's an area where the many people from Conil have turned their orchard into a holiday-residence, set down in a somewhat jumbled way. Yet, this is a peaceful area without any high rising buildings and it's just a short drive to the centre. The villa is set on a generous plot and fully walled, with a spacious parking for 2-3 cars. The private pool (8x4 m) is set in a fenced area to ensure safety for young children. The pool has a chemical-free, ionization system, friendly for skin and environment! In front of the house is a lawned garden, complete with sun loungers and barbecue. You will enjoy your outside meals on the shady verandah.
This rural villa makes you feel directly at home. Its interior is furnished with good taste by the owners and with comfortable rooms, all conveniently set on the ground floor. The living room has 2 sofas, a coffee table, and a television (only Spanish channels). The open-plan kitchen has a dining table for 6-10 persons and is equipped with a vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and has many utensils. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, one double and three twins, and 2 full bathrooms.
