The villa is just 20 minutes from the coast and perfectly placed to explore the Nerja caves, Granada or Málaga. The spacious verandah comes with two dining tables for a total of 10 persons and stairs that lead down to the attractive pool area (9 by 5 meters) with a shower to cool off in between swims. On the backside of the property is suficient parking space for 5 cars.
The living/dining room with open-plan kitchen is very comfortable and provides a homely feel, thanks to a rustic decoration of old bricks, Andalusian tiles and an open fireplace. The wooden dining table for 6 is complemented with 4 barchairs at the kitchen bar-table . The kitchen is well equipped with hob w/ 4 gas rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The property counts 5 bedrooms of which 2 are situated on the first floor. On the ground floor, the bedrooms comprise a double room and a twin room, as well as an additional double room with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a single and a twin bedroom. A spacious full bathroom for shared use comes with a shower over tub, wc, 2 basins and bidet.Note: A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge).
