La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (2 km) within a 5-minute drive from the bustling city centre and its beautiful beaches. The villa has been decorated to a high standard and is provided with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The centre of Nerja is within a short drive, and an easy walk will take you to the nearby Lidl supermarket and bakery.
This spacious villa is located in the trendy Exotica area in Nerja and boasts a large luxuriant garden and a heated pool (10m x 4m). The villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja's vast array of amenities nearby.The villa is located in a cul-de-sac and next to villa Nerja 047. The villa entrance is at street level, stairs lead down to the spacious terrace where sun beds await, as well as the tempting pool, a shaded dining area and a large barbecue for your alfresco dinners.The pool (10x4 m, 1.4â2.7 m deep) is heated at no extra cost in April, May, September and October at a maximum temperature of about 80.6º F (27º C).
Tastefully furnished and decorated, this house provides a high level of comfort.Upstairs (entrance level) you will find three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an ensuite shower rooms and two twin bedrooms with a full bathroom with an overhead shower in the bathtub, a washbasin and WC for shared use.Downstairs (pool level), you will find a spacious living room with sofas, a coffee table, a fireplace, a radio-CD player and a large flat screen television with satellite TV. The living room gives access to an independent dining room and a large fully fitted, well equipped with a small dining table, a 4-ring vitro hob, an electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. From the kitchen you can access the lovely terrace and an independent shower room with WC, conveniently located for those enjoying the pool. Several add-ons such as a hair dryer, a safe box, an alarm and smoke detectors complete this magnificent villa! Wifi and air conditioning in the bedrooms are provided at no extra cost.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Pour l'organisation des repas on pourrait envisager un peu plus de couverts et de verres. Casitas Sélect sont très professionnels et à l'écoute .

Good size traditional villa , sea view, 2km from town/beach
Good size villa, large room, plenty of storage. Sea view. Firm mattress! Nice pool with garden, enough room for bathing/relaxing. Parking on land next to villa. Pool table and table tennis outside - needs better equipment to use (bats and cues) . Balcony with table/chairs. Excellent service from Ralph at Casitas; good communication. Towels, linen changed, Pool cleaned, garden watered once per week. Very useful outside shower by pool and separate shower/toilet attached to house also. WIFI provided slow (compared to UK); about 2.6mbps, so OK for general internet use only. Areas for improvement: Kitchen deep clean needed- problem with ants in cupboards. Local infrastructure - 3 power cuts during stay. Not enough cutlery-eg 5 spoons only. No information pack on local area, house, bins, restaurants etc. Only one key provided. Safety concern. Bigger outside table needed if 6 eating. Only 5 sunbeds. Owner speaks little English so communication can be difficult. Used Ralph at Casitas to liaise

We loved our time here and will be back again
The villa was very spacious and spotlessly clean... super facilities kids loved the pool. Very secure. A little out of the main town, 15 min walk or taxi in for â¬6/â¬7
