This luxury villa has 4 levels, each facing the sea. On the upper ground floor (street level), where the living room and kitchen are located, a splendid terrace with patio furniture is waiting for you, the perfect spot for a sunny breakfast! Steps lead down to the bedrooms on a lower ground floor, each bedroom with its own access to the terrace balcony. Nine steps lead further down to the basement floor, provided with a splendid sun terrace that surrounds the attractive private pool (9x4 m) with whirlpool jets in one corner. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. The lowest level (garden floor) consists of a small garden with lawn and a barbecue area with a summer kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a worktop and a sink. Patio furniture are provided.The villa enjoys an enviable location, facing south-east and overlooking the Punta Lara residential area. The beach and restaurants of Punta Lara are approximately 600 m away, while Nerja is a convenient 5-minute drive. The villa has two parking spaces in front. Due to the steep climb, a car is essential, and the number of interior stairs and garden steps make it unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
The whole villa is made of high quality materials with wooden ceilings and marble floors.UPPER GROUND FLOORThe upper ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with large panoramic windows that open onto the terrace. There are 2 sofas, a dining table for 6, satellite TV and a DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen is provided with a 4-ring vitro hob, double door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is also a shower room with WC on this floor. LOWER GROUND FLOORStairs lead down from the living room to the lower ground floor, which consists of two double bedrooms and a twin. Two bedrooms have a complete en suite bathroom and the third bedroom has a shower room with WC. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. BASEMENT FLOORThe basement is the perfect space for entertainment and is equipped with a pool table, a football table and a television.GARDEN FLOORThe garden floor has a WC for guests and a utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
