Conveniently located, at only 2,3 km from Nerja's Burriana beach, this villa meets all desires for a perfect holiday.
From the garden, stairs lead up to a nice and shaded terrace located on the first floor, from where the villa is accessed; a barbecue and patio furniture are provided. You will enjoy lovely views across the countryside and out to Nerja and the Mediterranean. Sun-addicts will love the lawn that surrounds the tempting pool (7x3.5 m) with sun loungers. The villa is only a five minute drive (3 km) from Nerja whilst the Burriana beach is even closer (2.3 km). Historic Granada, with its spectacular Alhambra palace, the medieval Albaicin district, shops, pretty squares, and palaces, is well worth a visit and just a bit more than an hour drive away. On foot, this area is a walkers' paradise. The pretty white villages of the Axarquia area and the historic Nerja caves are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed.

With comfortable furnishings and all rooms on the first floor, this is a very cosy villa. From the lounge/dining room, doors open onto the terrace with beautiful views. The large stone fireplace is the main feature of the lounge, highly appreciated in the cooler months. There is satellite-TV. A breakfast bar separates the dining area from the very well equipped kitchen, complete with a 4 ringed vitro hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and one full bathroom.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Het is een zeer mooie villa zeer groot zwembad. Binnen huis is alles super met vaatwasser, wasmachine, zeer grote keuken, 2 grote slaapkamers met grote kasten, kort om, alles er aan. Zeker een aanrader. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars.
