This modern villa is located in the Punta Lara area, a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The town centre of Nerja (2.5 km) is a short drive away. There is a private pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area with patio furniture. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard with WIFI internet and air conditioning in the living/dining room.
Punta Lara is a residential area, situated 2.5 km west of Nerjaâs town centre. At the nearby Playazo beach (350 m) you will find several beach restaurants, the so-called "chiringuitos" where fresh fish is served daily. The villa is also conveniently located for a visit to the beautiful white villages of the Axarquia area or the Nerja caves. Historic Granada with its famous Alhambra palace and the Picasso Museum in Málaga are just an hour away. The outside areas of the villa include a private pool (5x4 m; 1 m - 1,5 m deep) with terrace and sun loungers, accessed from the living room. At the back of the house is a barbecue area with potted plants and patio furniture - a perfect setting to enjoy an alfresco meal.

The villa has three levels: at street level easy parking is available through a driveway leading to a large garage where you will also find a bathroom with shower and WC, ideal for those coming from the beach. The parking is so large that children tend to use the space as a playground. On this floor there is also a utility area with a washing machine. On the first floor you will find a tastefully furnished and decorated living/dining room, offering very comfortable seating with air-conditioning, satellite-TV, music equipment, and a fireplace. The bright and spacious kitchen is decorated in a modern style with stainless steel appliances including a 4 ringed vitro hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. The bedrooms (one double and two twins) are located on the upper floor. The double bedroom has its own balcony and an ensuite shower room with WC and a washbasin. There is also a complete family bathroom with a jacuzzi on this floor. A WiFi internet connection is provided.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Der Betreuer wohnt direkt in der Nachbarschaft und ist sehr zuvorkomment und höflich. Wir reisen mit VW Bus und Motorad an und schätzen daher die groÃe Garage sehr. Alles kann unter Verschluss abgestellt werden. Zum Meer ist es nur ein kurzer FuÃweg. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit schönem Ausblick auf die Berge. Man kann sich zurücklehnen und entspannen, oder mit dem Motorrad das wunderschöne Andalusien erkunden. Auch für den Besuch der Innenstadt von Nerja empfiehlt sich ein Fahrzeug, zu Fuà ist es zumindest für uns etwas weit.
