Located in the centre of Nerja!

Looking for a villa at just a few steps from the beach and all facilities? This wonderful townhouse is situated in calle Carabeo, in the heart of Nerja's city centre. Enjoy a private pool at your terrace-garden from where you will enjoy uninterrupted sea views. Inside, it's spacious and well-fit for a large family or group of friends.

Our opinion

Location and outside area

Behind the façade of a traditional Spanish townhouse, you’ll find a spacious accommodation with a traditional doors opening onto the rear garden-terrace area where you can enjoy barbecue dinners and a private pool (3x5 m, deep 1 m). No need for a rental car, as you are only minutes away from Nerja’s playa Calahonda and playa Carabeo on foot. Apart from this, the centre of Nerja offers many tapas bars, restaurants and shops, also just a few steps away. Those who wish to visit the beautiful Andalusian cities can either take public transport from the bus station in the Avenida de Pescia (at 800 m) or a guided tour.

Note: In the second week of October, lasting from 4 to 5 days, you will be able to attend the Feria de Nerja (Nerja fair). For the duration of the fair, the fairgrounds in the centre of Nerja are covered in rows of casetas (individual decorated marquee tents which are temporarily built on the fairground). During the fair, you will find people (many ladies and some men in traditional flamenco outfit arriving on horse) partying and dancing "Sevillanas", drinking Jerez sherry, or manzanilla wine, and eating tapas. So, this is an attractive event, but it also has to consequences that may not be so attractive: The private parking next to the villa will not be available from a few days days before and during the fair because the calle Carabeo will not be accessible. If you bring a car, you can try to find a spot in the surroundings or we can offer you a free parking at Marina Turquesa apartments (at 1,5 km from the villa). You may suffer nuisance from the noise of fair (music etc). We estimate this will not affect you very much as the villa is at a prudent distance from the area, but we are not able to guarantee anything.

Inside and lay-out

The house is divided over two floors, with simple and friendly furnishing, in a traditional style with Spanish floor tiles. On the ground floor, you’ll find a lounge with dining facilities and open fireplace. The kitchen is independent and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and washing machine. There is a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an extra drawer bed and a full bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, bidet and basin. On the first floor there is a second lounge with sitting area from where traditional doors open onto a lovely terrace with sea-views. You’ll find two twin bedrooms on this floor and a full bathroom with an over bath shower, WC, bidet and basin.

Rental prices

Please send us a request for prices and possibilites of shorter stays (not possible in high season). The minimum stay in high season is one week
