This villa enjoys a splendid situation in Tamango Hill, a relative new residential area of Nerja. The beach is only 250 metres away from here, just a walk down. The villa has a private pool with a spacious terrace where you can barbecue and eat outside whilst enjoying beautiful views on the surroundings and out to the sea. Inside, you'll find nicely appointed furniture.
Tamango Hill is located approximately 1 km west of Nerja and relatively new a residential area. At the nearest beach, a 5 minutes walk, you will also find two beach restaurants, better known in Spanish as 'chiringuitos'. Nerja and its' humming old centre is only a 5 minutes drive away, still we would recommended to do this by car as there is no good walking track. This villa is also ideal to for a visit to Granada and its famous Alhambra palace or to discover the traditional villages of the AxarquÃa area. The Picasso Museum in Málaga is a must-see for art-lovers. In the garden you'll find a private, kidney-shaped swimming pool (7m x 2,5m ; 1,5m - 1,85m deep) and a terrace area with sun loungers, patio furniture and barbecue.
The villa provides a quality interior and is decorated with good taste by its' owners. The living/dining room comes with an open fireplace and satellite-tv and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with vitro hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over tub, wc and basin. The first floor comprises 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and a full bathroom. (one upstairs and one downstairs).

Helaas is onze Nerja week omgevlogen. We hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad. Het huis was prima en we hebben zeer genoten van het terras en het zwembad en natuurlijk van de prachtige omgeving.

Das Haus selbst hat alles, was man braucht um einige Tage zu entspannen, der Pool ist sehr sauber, und die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist für eine Familie sehr gut geeignet.

Schitterende locatie
Mooi huis op een schitterende locatie. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, airco boven en beneden, WiFi etc. Het terras met zwembad bied een mooi uitzicht op de zee welke echt maar 250 meter lopen is. Alles is goed bevallen. Wel hadden we problemen met het filter van het zwembad maar dit werd na een telefoontje direct gerepareerd. Keurige reactie dus. Kortom een pareltje aan de kust van Andalusië!
