This rustic property is located at a 5 minutes drive of the village Huétor Tajar and surrounded by fields of asparagus and olive groves, near where the rivers Genil and CacÃn come together. The Alhambra palace (Granada) is only a half hour away, while the distance to the famous Sierra Nevada ski resort is 79km (49 miles). In the front, the vine covered terrace is an excellent place to take shelter from the midday sun, while the attractive private pool of 4 by 6 metres features a sun-terrace with amazing panoramic views of the country side.
The house has three self contained parts: the Main House, the Suite and the Annexe. An ideal for 2 or 3 families who holiday together but prefer to preserve a grade of privacy. The Main House: beautifully restored with traditional tiles and a rustic decoration, offering an open plan living / dining room with open fireplace, a dining table for 12 persons, a couch, tv and radio-casette. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. A twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor is accessible for wheelchairs. On the first floor a double bedroom and a twin, sharing a bathroom. The Suite: this unit has an independent access although there is interconnecting door to the main house (can be locked). A double bedroom and a small kitchenette / dining room with sofa, dining table for 2, tv, hob with 2 rings, microwave and fridge/freezer. The Annexe: a charming double bedded apartment with independent access, with kitchenette / dining room with sofa, dining table for 2, tv, hob w/ 2 rings, microwave and fridge/freezer. Upon request, two children can be accommodated on the attic floor with low ceiling.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

Maison un peu isolée, construction traditionnelle, terrasse très agréable, coin piscine aussi. Tout est parfaitement adapté pour un fauteuil roulant électrique: chambre au RDC, SdB parfaite, extérieurs accessibles. Séjour rendu parfait grâce aux bons conseils et à l'aide inépuisable du propriétaire. Merci!
