All rooms have large windows and glazed doors to take advantage of the panoramic 360-degree views of the imposing Sierra Nevada (Pico Veleta 11,135 feet) and the picturesque Lecrin Valley. There are a variety of terraces to enjoy at different times of the day. A pergola provides a shady outdoor dining area and the house has a garden and a large private infinity pool (10 x 5 metres). Note: This house is not suitable for very young children due to changes in ground level.
The inside space is roomy and comfortable with tasteful furnishing and décor. The open plan kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. The lovely living room has an open fireplace, a new 43 inch ultra HD television, DVD player, media streamer, and a stereo system. The villa has high speed broadband internet at 14 mb/s (max), allowing smooth streaming of thousands of video and TV choices. The master suite has a DVD player, media streamer, and 32 inch flat screen. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (master with two-person bath + separate shower + double vanity, 1 with bath/shower and 1 with shower) and a toilet. All bedrooms have spectacular views and sunsets are particularly magical. An internal patio provides cooling breezes in summer. Fans are provided and the living room and master suite have air conditioning. A rollaway single bed is available.
