This lovely villa offers a secluded and peaceful rural retreat and is surrounded by extensive almond groves and unspoilt countryside. You will find an attractive south-facing sun terrace around the swimming pool (8x3 m) and a covered dining terrace with barbecue, all with splendid mountain views and distant views out to the Mediterranean. Frigiliana (3.5 km) has several shops and restaurants, whilst the beaches and many amenities of Nerja are approximately 10 km away. The area has a wide range of walks accessed directly from the villa.
Decorated in a bright, modern Andalusian style with colourful tiles and fabrics, this villa offers comfortable rooms throughout. The living/dining room comes with a wood burning stove, basic satellite TV, DVD and CD player. From here patio doors open onto the shaded terrace and pool area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with steps leading down to the pool area. One additional shower room and another bathroom make this accommodation complete. Note: The villa is provided with a WiFi Internet connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a safe-deposit box (all included in the price).

Prachtig huis met een "homy"' inrichting. Schitterend uitzicht, fraai terras en leuk zwembad. Fijn dat er muziek was en boeken. Uiteindelijk ontbreekt er niets. Smaakvol serviesgoed en alle keukenhulpen die je kunt bedenken. We hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad, maar waren wel blij dat we met de hevige regenval in de week na ons thuis waren. Tip: De weg er naar toe is lastig. De tomtom weet het niet te vinden. Wij kwamen in het donker aan en reden ondanks al onze rijervaring, verkeerd. Je moet nl. 300m. voorbij de watertanks rechts ( en niet bij de watertanks ). Daar staat een houten pijl met Fuente de las conejas. Die neem je. Je hebt een auto nodig met een sterke motor. Onze gehuurde nieuwe Opel Meriva redde het nauwelijks met 4 volwassenen en 70 kg. koffers. Neem een extra verzekering bij de verhuurder voor onverklaarbare schade. Je kunt er nog wel eens iets raken, vooral 's avonds.

Fantastisches Feriendomizil
Ein wunderbares, geschmackvoll eigerichtetes Haus. Absolut tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Ruhig. Perfekte und freundliche Betreuung. Angenehme Nähe nach Frigiliana und Nerja. Wunderschönes Haus in der Nähe von Frigiliana
Ein toll gelegenes Haus. Waren zum 2. Mal hier. Fantastische Lage. Tolle Aussicht. Platzangebot genauso wie man es sich vorstellt. Angenehmer Service. (Haus + Pool) Nur zu empfehlen
