Situated at both 4 km from Frigiliana and Nerja, this villa is part of a beautiful residential area of several independent and adjacent villas. It the ideal retreat to pass the summer with your family or friends. Outside meals can be enjoyed on the upper terrace, with access from the living room, or the sun terrace downstairs where you will find the pool (7 x 4m) and barbecue area. From the bedrooms you can walk out to the balconies on mid-level, provided with the same spectacular views. Its location is also very convenient for a day trip to the Alhambra palace in Granada or the Picasso Museum in Malaga, both cities are just an hour away from here. If you want to take a dip in the ocean, the beaches of Nerja are just 5 minutes drive and offer sufficient choice for all tastes.
Its bright interior harmonises well with the design furniture, is very comfortable, and decorated with excellent taste by its owners. The villa has a living/dining room on the upper floor with an open fireplace and satellite-TV. The well planned kitchen, with a touch of Italian design, has an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. On a lower level youâll find three lovely bedrooms: one double and two twins. C'est un très agréable villa, bien équipée et dont la décoration et l'aménagement sont élégants. Nous regrettons un peu le concept sur plusieurs étages (3)...il faut avoir des jambes !!! La vue sur la montagne est magnifique et l'emplacement idéal pour accès Nerja et Frigiliana.

Très bien
Cadre très calme idéal pour une famille et très bien située. Grand point positif, maison très propre et wifi de bonne qualité dans l'ensemble. Point négatif, four en panne et lumière de la piscine également, malgré nos réclamations à l'agence de Nerja aucune solution n'a été proposée et nous avons attendu un technicien toute un après-midi qui n'est jamais venu. La plage est proche ainsi que les commerces. Nous avons passé tout de même un excellent séjour, dommage que cette agence de Nerja soit si peu professionnel, ils ont tout à y perdre.

Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez eu un agréable séjour et on vous remercie pour cette bonne ponctuation malgré les inconvénients. Lâagence de Nerja a envoyé à la maison à la personne chargée de lâentretien (le lendemain avant 13h30) pour voir le four et il a vérifié quâil fonctionné bien. Comme vous nâétiez pas là , ils sâexcusent car il a oublié de vous laisser une note expliquant comment il fonctionnait. Concernant la lumière de la piscine, il faut vider lâeau pour la changer et ils ne peuvent pas le faire que lorsque la saison de baignade se termine. Nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. Nous souhaitons vous accueillir à nouveau bientôt !
