This is a well furnished, small villa, set in a sunny hillside position, only 10 minutes drive from Torrox. The villa enjoys exceptional views on the surrounding countryside and far reaching views out to the sea. Stairs go down from the verandah to the tempting private pool with sun terrace.
The village of Torrox (7 km) is only 10 minutes drive away and a good place to do some shopping or sample the different tapas at one of its bars. The beaches of the Torrox Costa are situated at 9 km, only 15 minutes drive. This is an excellent area from which to explore the beautiful villages of the Axarquia or to take a day trip to visit Granada or Málaga. Outside, the villa offers a relaxing verandah with beautiful views and a comfortable patio furniture. A barbecue is provided. Stairs lead down to a sunny terrace with private pool. The villa is set on its' own grounds and surrounded by olives, avocados and vineyards.
The living/dining room is very comfortable and smartly furnished and has direct access to the lovely verandah. It provides an open fireplace, two sofas and satellite tv. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor you will find a double (bed size 1,50m) and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. A third double bedroom (bed size 1,35m) is located in an independent apartment downstairs and has its' with own shower room. A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).Note: Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms; it is optional, cost depending on usage (to pay locally at your departure).
