The covered terrace along the length of the house is the ideal place for those looking for shade from the midday sun. Here youâll find a relaxing seating and dining area on a terracotta floor. Adjacent to the pool, there is a barbecue area with a traditional oven in addition. Although you are in the countryside, the historic city of Ronda (4 km) is only a 5 minute drive away and has a wide array of shops, tapa bars, and restaurants. Gourmets shouldnât miss the restaurant Tragabuches awarded a Michelin Star and offering an interesting experience of the modern Andalusian kitchen. For a day trip, the city of Seville offers enough variation to satisfy all tastes. If you're looking for a dip in the ocean, you can drive to Marbella in approximately 45 minutes.
Decorated by a talented interior architect who skilfully combined a contemporary Spanish design with a touch of luxury, the villa offers a welcoming ambiance where functionality and eye for detail go hand in hand. An antique front door opens onto the hall with wooden floors; it leads to the lounge with comfortable sofas and separated from the dining area by the open fireplace. The dining area is conveniently placed near the kitchen, well equipped with a broiler oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and all kinds of utensils. All three bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms, and are situated on the ground floor, each decorated in a different style. The master bedroom has an over bath shower, bidet, WC, and two washbasins with swivel mirrors. The second bathroom features a hydro-massage shower, bidet, and WC. The third bathroom has a single washbasin, bidet, WC, and a hydro-massage shower. The only upstairs room is a modern and spacious sitting corner with satellite-TV (some English channels) and DVD. On holdNous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
La maison est bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Une des chambres du rez-de-chaussée est un peu plus chaude que les autres⦠mais comme la mezzanine est climatisée, mes fils lâont utilisée pour dormir plutôt que la chambre. Bref, à recommander !
