Villa La Oliva offers the best of both worlds: the countryside situation ensures a peaceful stay, yet the historic centre of Ronda with its many shops, tapa bars, and restaurants is conveniently located nearby. Outside, youâll find a beautiful garden with lawn and a large private pool (6x11 m) with a barbecue area. Inside, comfortable furniture meant for long term living awaits.
The large, mature garden is one of the hallmarks of this villa where you will find two seating areas for sun & shade and a barbecue area enjoying glorious views across the countryside out to the Sierra de las Nieves visible in the distance. The surroundings are a combination of olive fields and similar properties, each of them on beautiful grounds. Historic Ronda (4.5 km) with its spectacular bridge, medieval town centre, shops, pretty squares, and palaces is well worth a visit and only a 5 minute drive from here. Visit the beautiful White Villages and the Natural Park of Grazalema. Also within a short drive is the picturesque town of Arcos de la Frontera, whilst Seville and Cádiz are just a bit more than an hour away.
The dedication of the owners for the outside areas of this villa is also reflected in its interior. With all the rooms on a single floor, this it is a very comfortable villa with a lot of space. The furniture and the decoration are of excellent quality and have been chosen with an eye for details, evoking a homy feel. The spacious kitchen has a dining corner and is provided with a 4 ringed hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The living room offers very comfortable seating and an open fireplace will warm up the villa during the cooler days in off-season, although central heating is also available (charged as a supplement and payable locally). Modern comforts such as TV, DVD and CD player, and video are provided. The bedrooms sleep 6 persons: the master bedroom has a double bed and comes with an ensuite bathroom whilst the other bedrooms are twins. There is a second bathroom. A WiFi internet connection is available.Note: Pool towels are provided (one per person).
