This splendid villa is located in a quiet residential area called Peñoncillo Beach, between Nerja and Torrox Costa, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach where you will find good restaurants. The villa is elegantly and very comfortably furnished to a high standard. Add the delightful outdoor areas and you will agree that this villa guarantees a perfect holiday for the entire family.

Our opinion

Location and outside area

With Nerja (5.8 km) and Torrox (2.7 km) only a short drive away, this villa offers a wide array of possibilities for dining out in restaurants or tapas bars, for entertainment and shopping. But don’t forget to explore the beautiful countryside of this part of the Costa del Sol. The Natural Park Sierra de Almijara offers many paths for lovely walks, while the picturesque whitewashed villages of Cómpeta and Frigiliana welcome visitors with their local wine and honey.
However, we understand that you might prefer to stay at home, unable to resist the temptation to enjoy the delightful outdoor areas with a barbecue and a stunning covered patio where you will delight to linger after a meal alfresco. Comfortable patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. A good size pool (9x4 m) with a fabulous and spacious tiled terrace, the perfect place to add a deeper tone to your tan and to gaze at the stunning view, might transform you into a real homebody.

Inside and lay-out

The high standard of accommodation is immediately noticeable in the elegant and comfortably furnished rooms that will make your vacation such a pleasure. The villa has three floors.

GROUND FLOOR
From the first floor, a staircase leads down to the ground floor with two bedrooms—a twin and a double— with a beautiful view of the sea and an access to the outdoor terrace. A shower room with WC and washbasin is shared.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor, at street level, the hall leads to a spacious open-plan sitting/dining area in the centre of the villa. A flood of natural light flows into the lounge area which has a lovely home-from-home feel with comfortable sofas, a dining table for 8, a wood burning stove, a flat screen-TV with satellite reception, a DVD-player and Wifi internet. There is also an additional dining corner where the kids can play board games or where you can entertain your invitees.
On the left side of the hall, you will find a fully fitted kitchen, well equipped with a 4-ring vitro hob, a double door refrigerator/freezer, an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the right side of the hall, there is a double bedroom with a wonderful view of the sea, an access to the outdoor area and a separate WC with a washbasin.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor is located the master bedroom with a double bed, TV, a walk-in wardrobe, a full en suite bathroom and its own private terrace for romantic soirees under the stars.
