If you wish to give your car a holiday then keep reading. This penthouse occupies the full first floor of a townhouse on Calle Huertos, a quiet street with some traffic, but no loud bars or discotheques. The beaches (250 m) and the Balcón de Europa (400 m) are just 5 minutes away walking. From the first floor, stairs lead up to the roof terrace where your own private pool (5.8x2.8 m) awaits with an exterior shower room. A pergola provides comfortable and shaded seating. Imagine that you are swimming under the stars at night, enjoying an alfresco dinner of fresh fish on the barbecue, or inviting friends over for a champagne party. Itâs all possible! Nevertheless, should you wish to discover the beautiful sights of Andalusia, then we recommend visiting the Alhambra Palace in Granadaâguided tours are available in case you donât want to drive. The city of Malaga is famous for its Picasso Museum and there is an overwhelming choice of tapas bars for those whoâd like to sample local gastronomy. Not yet convinced? Letâs take a look inside⦠Note: In the second week of October, lasting from 4 to 5 days, you will be able to attend the Feria de Nerja (Nerja fair). For the duration of the fair, the fairgrounds in the centre of Nerja are covered in rows of casetas (individual decorated marquee tents which are temporarily built on the fairground). During the fair, you will find people (many ladies and some men in traditional flamenco outfit arriving on horse) partying and dancing "Sevillanas", drinking Jerez sherry, or manzanilla wine, and eating tapas. So, this is an attractive event, but it also has to consequences that may not be so attractive: The fairgrounds are also a large parking and will not be available from a few days before and during the fair. If you bring a car, you can park at the Plaza de España (price in 2016 was 63 EUR per week). Also, you may suffer nuisance from the noise of fair (music etc). We estimate this will not affect you very much as there are buildings in between the area, but we are not able to guarantee anything.
From the entrance on Calle Huertos, stairs lead up to the first floor where all rooms are accessed from a central corridor. The living/dining room has a relaxing ambiance with a leather sofa for 4 persons, a fireplace, coffee table, DVD, satellite-TV (flat screen 32â) and dining amenities for 6 persons. In the centre of the house, next to the kitchen, you have a small, charming courtyard with 2 armchairs, a small table, and a fountain trickling the hours awayâa perfect place for a coffee or breakfast for 2. The kitchen itself is well equipped with a 4 ringed induction hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a jacuzzi, washbasin, and WC and also a shower room equipped with a hydro massage shower, a washbasin, and WC.Notes:- WiFi Internet connection is provided.- Air conditioning is available throughout the house (free of charge).

Heerlijke week beleefd! Top appartement in het centrum van de stad. Het dakterras met eigen zwembad is werkelijk waar briljant! Mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee kleine puntjes die eventueel beter zouden kunnen: de vaatwasser rook niet erg fris. Na drie keer zonder vaat maar met vaatwasblokje te hebben gedraaid werd het niet beter. En de bedden liggen niet heel fijn. Maar dat maakt het plekje en het zwembad allemaal goed!

Wunderbarer Urlaub im Penthouse 056 in Nerja
Wir haben im März 2014 in diesem Penthouse in Nerja gewohnt und waren begeistert von dieser gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit der wunderschönen Dachterrasse. Dieses Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt, nur 5 Minuten vom Strand und ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum (Balcon de Europa) entfernt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Vielen Dank !

Alles wunderbar
Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Nerja. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann Altstadt, Strand und Supermarkt hervorragend fuÃläufig erreichen.

Super-Urlaub
Wir waren zuerst etwas skeptisch, ob die Wohnung halten kann, was die Fotos versprechen. Aber das tut sie! Alles ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Da wir an einem Feiertag angereist waren, war es auf der StraÃe ziemlich unruhig und laut, aber wir haben das hintere Schlafzimmer bezogen, in dem war es wunderbar ruhig. Der Wintergarten ist total gemütlich, die Dachterasse der Hammer. Und der Pool unschlagbar, es gibt sogar eine Massagedüse. Obwohl schon November, waren wir jeden Tag drin! DrauÃen ist man in wenigen Schritten in der bezaubernden Altstadt, für die Morgenbrötchen muss man nur über die StraÃe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war nett und völlig unkompliziert. Wenn wir was zum Meckern suchen wollen, finden wir nur den StraÃenlärm am Tag und am Abend Essensgerüche aus dem Imbiss, der unten im Haus wohnt, aber der "Donner-Kebap" schmeckt so lecker wie er duftet.- Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Beautiful penthouse

Unvergesslich!!
Im März 2014 war ich schon einmal mit zwei Freundinnen im Penthouse in der Calle de Los Huertos. Es hat mir so gut gefallen , das ich jetzt mit drei Freundinnen wieder dort Urlaub gemacht habe. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum und an den Strand. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Hern Francisco Trigueros, ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann, war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wonderful penthouse apartment with everything and in the right location!
This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in for all the facilities provided, cleanliness and central location. Every room is decorated to a high standard with all mod cons for your convenience. The inside courtyard was perfect for early evening drinks (it was November so cooler outside) and the rooftop terrace and pool was just the best place to enjoy the sunshine. Anything you require can be found at this apartment. Thank you for being so accommodating when we arrived early and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Traumwohnung mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse
Wir haben zu fünft eine wundervolle Woche in Nerja verbracht und waren rundherum begeistert. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wundervoll ist der kleine Innenhof für einen ersten morgendlichen Kaffee. Das Frühstück konnten wir mehrmals auf der Dachterrasse einnehmen und die war einfach nur unglaublich schön. Mit gemütlicher überdachter Sitzecke und vier Liegestühlen lud sie zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten sogar mitunter abends noch drauÃen sitzen. Das Essen vom indischen Imbiss im Erdgeschoss des Hauses schmeckte vorzüglich auf dem Dach. Der Pool wurde nur wenig genutzt, war doch noch etwas frisch. Der Ort Nerja ist sehr hübsch und lädt zum Bummeln ein. Der groÃe Parkplatz (Wochenticket am Schalter kaufen) ist über einen FuÃweg in einer Minute zu erreichen. Ausflüge zur Höhle, nach Frigliana, Granada, Gibraltar und Malaga sind allesamt sehr lohnenswert. Kurz: Ein Traumurlaub in einer Traumwohnung.

Fantastic Roof Top
Had a fabulous week at this lovely apartment. Lots of space inside all bedrooms clean and tidy and all with air con now. The roof terrace is Fantastic with BBQ area and swimming pool. Plenty of space to relax and eat and drink and also a toilet and shower. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. WiFi very slow. Can't wait to return.
