Even on hot summer days there is usually a cool breeze from the Mediterranean. You have uninterrupted views on the coastline, the surrounding countryside, and Nerja. Both its situation and interior make this a very convenient option. Beaches are nearby as are Nerjaâs shopping areas and nightlife.
This is an attractive newly built villa in a convenient and quiet location, halfway up Punta Lara Hill. Nerja is a 5 minute drive away (3 km) while its beaches are even closer (1.5 km). You will enjoy glorious views from the private pool (7x4 m) surrounded by a sun-terrace. The shaded veranda is the ideal spot for your alfresco meals; a barbecue is provided. Visit the caves of Nerja with their prehistoric paintings or the pretty village of Cómpeta. If you miss the city life, historic Malaga with its Picasso museum is only a 20 minute drive away.
Comfortably furnished in a rustic, "Provençal" style. The living/dining room comes with an open fireplace and satellite-TV. The independent kitchen is bright and spacious, well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms consist of 1 double and 2 twins. Two full bathrooms. Note: A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).
