This lovely villa is ideal for a family who likes to combine a private villa holiday with sightseeing tours to interesting towns and villages, and maybe a day at the beach. The interior is well cared for and offers a cozy ambiance enhanced by comfortable furniture.
The village house is located within the village of Peñuelas, approximately 25 kilometres west of the historical city of Granada, famous for its impressive Alhambra Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The beaches of the Costa Tropical (Salobreña, Motril) are easy to reach by motorway in just an hour. Within the village, you will find several supermarkets, tapas-bars, a pharmacy and medical services. The house is attached on one side but gives the impression of being fully private. You will enjoy the large attractive swimming pool (11x5 m) and the shaded verandah with an electric barbecue. The pergola next to the pool will render your al fresco dining experience memorable. The surrounding lawned garden is beautifully decorated with plants and shrubbery. Part of the lawn is artificial grass.
The villa was constructed in the â60s. Its original structure was fully renovated and equipped with modern appliances providing a very comfortable stay. With all rooms on the ground floor, the house offers a traditional and friendly interior. There is a lounge with sofas, TV and DVD player, and an open plan kitchen and dining room well equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave and electric oven. The washing machine is in the bathroom. There are 2 nicely appointed double bedrooms and one twin. The full bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, a wash basin, bidet and WC.Notes:- This is a non-smoking villa.- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).- There are fans in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

Nous tenons à souligner tout d'abord la grande gentillesse et disponibilité du propriétaire. Notre séjour fut bercé par le soleil dans une villa décorée avec goût. Toute la famille a pleinement profité de la très grande piscine qui nous semble être l'un de ses points forts. La proximité avec la ville de Grenade permet la visite de l'Alhambra et s'offrir des escapades en soirée pour y discuter en autre de bonnes crèmes glacées. A conseiller pour les familles et autres amoureux de l'Andalousie.

Le salon extérieur, le logement, la proximité de Granada...
Notre séjour a été agréable. La maison et son jardin sont très agréables et très fonctionnels. La situation à Peñuelas est idéale pour rayonner en Andalousie et se rendre rapidement à Granada. Roberto a été un hôte très agréable et sympathique !
