You will certainly be spending a lot of time on the front terrace of this small villa to fully appreciate the wonderful setting. Itâs all there: a delightful swimming pool, dining terrace with barbecue and a comfortable furnishings. For shopping or dining out, whitewashed Frigiliana is just a short drive away.
Part of the access goes through the mountains with some steep parts, but I guess thatâs the price you have to pay for a lovely and peaceful countryside location. Donât worry too much about it: youâll get used to it soon and the road is all surfaced with concrete. The garden door gives access to the front terrace, the ideal place for your alfresco dinners overlooking the pool and the surrounding landscape. A built-in barbecue is provided. From here, a few steps give access to the private swimming pool (7 x 3m long, 1.75m â 1.45m deep) and sun terrace, surrounded by mango trees and providing excellent privacy. Next to the house is another spacious terrace that can be used for dining so you choose between sun or shade.The village of Frigiliana (3 km) is a 5 to 10 minute drive away from here and offers a wide array of good restaurants, tapas bars and family run shops. If youâre looking to spend a day at the beach, the town of Nerja (10.4 km) has excellent options to offer. For a more cultural visit, go see the Alhambra palace in Granada or the Picasso Museum in Malaga. If you donât mind driving, then Seville and Córdoba are not to be missed!
The house has all rooms on a single floor. The living/dining room has simple, yet comfortable furnishings, with an open fireplace, table dining, sofas, an Andalucian style cabinet and satellite-TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms offer space to 6 people: the master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and single wash basin. The other bedrooms consist of one double and one twin bedroom, sharing a full bathroom with WC, shower over tub, bidet and single wash basin.A WiFi internet connection is available free of charge.
