Situated in a sunny hillside position, at 3.5 km from whitewashed Frigiliana, this casita offers unbeatable views. From the main road, an unsurfaced track (1.4 km) in good condition leads to the property, giving it an exclusive country feel. The house is surrounded by terraced areas with terracotta tiles, and a covered patio looking out over the inviting pool (6x3 m). Patio furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers are provided.
With all rooms on one floor this is a very comfortable cottage decorated in a typical Andalusian style with beamed ceilings, wood, and old bricks. The dining/living room comes with a wood burning stove, dining table for 4, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, and satellite-TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedrooms comprise a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom. Fully equipped bathroom with over bath shower, WC, and washbasin.Note: A WiFi internet connection is available free of charge. Air conditioning is available in the living room yet cold air should be noticed as well in the bedrooms.
