This modern villa is comfortable and just a 5 minute drive from the beach of Roche, a white and sandy beach with clear blue waters. In the nearby area of El Colorado (3 km) you will find several shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, and a gasoline station. The lively town of Conil de la Frontera (6.5 km) is a 10 minute drive away. The villa has a splendid garden with a private pool. WiFi Internet available.
The lovely, tropical garden has a lawn with 2 sun loungers surrounding the tempting private pool (7x4 m). The shaded veranda looks out over the garden and pool, making it a perfect setting for your alfresco dinners; patio furniture and a barbecue are provided. The villa is set in Majadales de Roche, a rural settlement of Conil de la Frontera 3.5 km from the beaches of Roche, known to be the best in the area. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic spot, then visit the city of Cadiz with its rich history, or the pretty town of Jerez de la Frontera where you can visit the famous horse show (on Thursdays) and several bodegas where sherry-wine is made.
The villa is all on one floor, with a well appointed living/dining room in blue-white marina style, with 2 sofas, satellite-TV, and dining amenities. The independent kitchen is decorated in red and white and comes with all amenities: a 4 ringed vitro hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are three bright bedrooms (one double, two singles), a full bathroom, and a shower room with WC. Notes:
- A WiFi Internet connection is available ; it's free of charge for stays of 7 or more nights.
- Air conditioning is available in the living room and one double bedroom (free of charge).

Estupenda casa para pasar las vacaciones
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas en la casa, está situada en una zona muy tranquila al lado del pinar, en plena naturaleza, lejos de ruidos y bullicio. La casa es fantástica, el jardÃn lo tienen súper cuidado, con todo tipo de palmeras y plantas, desde el porche y el salón se ve la piscina, con lo cual nos viene bastante bien para tener los niños vigilados. Tiene todas las comodidades, internet wifi. Todo puesto con mucho mimo y muy limpio. En nuestra estancia Adolfo, el propietario, ha estado muy pendiente y muy atento con nosotros. Sin duda repetiremos.

Villa is top!
De villa is echt geweldig. Goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle 3 de slaapkamers bevatten bedden met goede stevige matrassen. Precies zoals op de foto\'s. In de prachtige tropische tuin, ligt het goed onderhouden zwembad. Deze is nog een beetje koel op dit tijdstip van het jaar, maar mag de pret niet drukken. De villa ligt redelijk achteraf, is goed omheind. Je hebt zeker een auto nodig om de omgeving te verkennen. Het centrum van Conil de la Frontera is op 5 á 10 minuten rijden. Het weer in deze periode was heerlijk, dus wij hebben genoten van een fantastische vakantie.
